Meet Your Community Association Team

 

 Barbara Jean Thomas is your Certified Community Association Manager, and in that capacity she works with 26 different committees and six neighborhoods within our community.  Among her many responsibilities, she screens and supervises contractors, and assists the Board of Directors with bids, contracts and communications.  She provides the Board and auditors with monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reports and oversees the Community Association staff.  She is the go-to person for anything you see on our grounds, roads, preserves, etc. which you find questionable.  Barbara Jean has been with The Venice Golf and Country Club since the days of the developer.  She is the keeper of our history and a source of knowledge as we endeavor to maintain the reputation of a first-class community.  Do you have a question, a complaint or a compliment?  Barbara Jean can be reached at 496-8482 or barbarajeanthomas@vgccmaster.com.

 

Lisa Benedetto is your Assistant Community Association Manager.  Lisa has been a Community Association Manager since 2009. Her experience includes working at Laurel Oak Community Association for over 2 years. She moved from Ohio 3 years ago and is married with two children.  Lisa assists Barbara Jean in the day to day operations of the Master Association and its six neighborhoods. Mark Winters is the Maintenance Manager for the Master Association.  You will see him around as he maintains the street lights and monument landscape lights throughout the community.  He is responsible for repairing and repainting all street, stop, speed limit and cart crossing signs.  Mark reports on accidents resulting in damage to our property, investigates homeowner complaints and oversees subcontractors to ensure Protective Covenants are adhered to.  Have a question regarding the maintenance of our gates or the street lights?  Send it to barbarajeanthomas@vgccmaster.com.
