This is a VG&CC security alert!

We alert you to a break in and an attempted break-in, both of which occurred during daylight hours Friday, January 8^th.  Both incidents happened while the homeowners were away from their homes for a very brief period of time.

We therefore urge you to keep your garage doors closed, your doors, windows, and sliding glass doors locked, even if you are leaving your home for just a few minutes. 

If you have an alarm system, you are advised to activate it.

The sheriff’s department and our own security company are actively investigating these incidents.  In addition we have initiated a roving security patrol for this weekend.

Should you see any suspicious activity, immediately call 911.
