 Take a good look around your house.  There may be areas that need your attention.

Suggested things to look for:

Homeowner’s Property Checklist

Following please find a list of items that you might not realize need attention on your property.  Please take a few minutes to tour your home and take a look at these items.  If you need help with anything that needs attention, we can suggest contractors that do that particular type of work.

• Perimeter plants along all walls, lanai, pool decks

• Plants in planter attached to home

•  Dead and/or dying plants that need to be pulled and replaced

•  Older landscaping that needs to be replaced

• Dead patches in lawn that need sod or plugged

• Trees that need trimming

• Trees that may need to be removed

• Trees that may have been removed and need a replacement tree

• Driveway needs cleaning

• Walkway to home needs cleaning

• Walls of home need cleaning

• Lanai, pool deck, cage needs cleaning

• Screens of lanai/pool deck need to be replaced

• Fascia rotted, gutters need repair

• Home/fascia needs painting

• Post light needs attention (leaning, bulbs, broken glass, base rusted)

• Exterior lights need attention

• Is there a fence or plantings around all of the equipment (a/c, pool, etc?)

• Does the fence have plantings around it?

• Are the house numbers legible from the street?

• Are all decorative items within the front entry of the home?

• No hanging items from the post lights
