The Gala at the Gazebo on December 8 was very successful.  This event was sponsored by your Master Association with the cooperation of the Country Club which provided the sound system and Dan Clayton to operate it.  Light snacks, cookies and punch were provided and a good time was had by all who attended.  Mr. & Mrs. Santa Claus and your neighbors were entertained by the Sr. Choraliers from Island Village Montessori School and the Student Leadership Academy Glee Club.  Songs of several holidays were sung by Clarisse Zielke, traditional Christmas music was played by Al Ruggie, and Marla Oppenheim led us in a sing-along. 

The Master Association, together with the Foundation at The Venice Golf and Country Club held a Community Closet Cleanout which culminated at the Gala.  Our members donated a truckload of garments and other soft goods which were donated to SPARCC.  ArtisTree provided the use of a truck and transported the donations to SPARCC the next day.  Click below to see photos of this joyful holiday celebration.
